Golden rules for creating the perfect espresso

  1. Grind coffee beans to order to ensure maximum flavour
  2. Distribute the coffee grounds into the basket evenly, avoiding channels, over extraction and increased bitterness
  3. Tamp the ground coffee lightly creating a level surface, eliminating void spaces and increasing quality of espresso 
  4. Flush the group head before each shot, removing burnt coffee ground
  5. Serve the shot immediately
